Sorry, we do not allow pets of any kind at Bay Village Dunsborough.

Sorry, we do not allow any Leavers, with or without parents. If any Leavers related accommodation is booked, the full payment will be forfeited at time of check in and you will be asked to leave the resort.

During Peak Periods:
Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of your deposit.
Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the entire amount paid towards accommodation at that time. No shows or cancellations on the day of arrival will result in the entire payment being forfeited
Outside of Peak Periods:
Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Peak Periods include Easter, WA School Holidays, Public Holidays and Long Weekends. -
Yes, provided you give at least 30 days notice to amend your booking. Also subject to availability.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available within the resort for all guests. Sometimes factors out of our control will affect the signal you receive, especially during peak times.

Travel cots and high chairs are available to hire for $15 per item per stay.
* Please note that we do provide standard travel cots that come only with a base without a mattress due to safety reasons. -
We do not provide servicing to any of our properties. A mid service will be offered if you are staying 8 or more nights. For shorter stays this can be arranged at an additional cost. Fresh towels are available for those apartments / rooms that have no individual washing facilities.

Reception is open daily from 8:30am - 5pm.
Onsite managers are available for afterhours emergencies. -
A 50% deposit of the total cost is required to secure your reservation.
Final payment is required 14 days prior to arrival. -

We suggest you bring with you beach/pool towels, toiletries, food, drinks, and any other special items that you can't live without.

If you are arriving after 5pm, please contact Reception to arrange late arrival information to be emailed to you so you can safely access your accommodation.

Check in is from 2pm. Check out is by 10am. Late check out fees apply to any guest checking out after 10am unless a late check out has been approved by management. If you are arriving after 5pm, please contact reception to arrange late arrival information to be sent to you.
